Please bring photo ID and drink extra caffeine-free fluids. like water or juice. Eat a good meal or snack. Get plenty of sleep the night before. Do not smoke for an hour before and after giving blood. No intense exercise or heavy lifting after giving blood.
***Give blood and see America! Participate in donating blood or platelets between July 1 and September 30, 2010 and enter the American Red Cross drawing to win a $1,000 gift card!
