Now accepting nominations for 2011 through November 30th
Each year Drs. Williams, Smith and Golik of Suwanee Dental Care complete many diva makeovers, including a number as a charitable endeavor to help those in need who otherwise could not afford such dental care. This year, are inviting you to nominate someone who you believe could be our next Deserving Diva in 2011.
Award Criteria Based Upon:
1. Severity of dental needs
2. Ability to get dental care completed
3. Character and contributions to the community
